By "SKYPE"

The location where Frank is currently posted in Argentina does not have Internet access. There are limited, brief periods where he is able to get online, and if you happen to catch him then, his Skype username is frank.bonazzo.

When he moves to his next assignment there may be greater opportunity for Frank to access the Internet and you may then be able to use Skype for you or your group to communicate with him via voice and/or video (requires a webcam for him to see you).
